I have 2 theories let me know which on you think is right. Either he was spanked and had his butt whooped alot and that why he insists in spanking women or he has never spanked and let run wild so he has an obession with spanking??????

I think he just finds the idea of spanking an adult woman to be a turn on. It's not that odd, a lot of heterosexual men feel that way.
