If Meth use is going down than its because of the instablilty of the ingredients and the increasing explosions and deaths resulting from it, but in my neighborhood Meth is on the rise and is extremely easy to get so is cocaine and pot.

I haven't heard anything about a major decline in meth use... is this a personal observation?
The threat of urban decay from drug use will always exist-- no matter what the drug; that's just an ugly fact we have to face.
Coke/crack use hasn't ceased... the media just finally stopped blaring about it all day every day.
Lack of publicity doesn't mean there's a lack of the problem.

In Eastern Canada, crystal meth is still rising.
If it ever comes down, it can only mean one thing : drug users have more money and use a different substance.

Why is drug taking a threat? its only the police that represent the threat.
