My goodness, but the neediness of some people for a little attention!
If the bathroom is in the middle of the restaurant, and you are in the bathroom, on the toilet, of course it is.
However, if you not then you are simply demonstrating how utterly needy you are, and why you really don't have any friends except imaginary ones who don't know you well enough to abandon you as well.
We expect such questions (as you have asked, multiple times, in imitations of dozens of other misguided children and socially-inept losers. At some point you'll either mature, or they'll kick you off enough times to make it 'not worth your while' to talk to the adults, or to the children on Yahoo! Answers who at least have SOME idea of how to behave in a way that doesn't make us pity them for their disgusting ideas of what is "funny".

I don't know. I had stupid parents change their baby on my restaurant floor instead of walking 20 feet to the restroom. Right there in front of other customers! And they'd get ticked off when I'd have to tell them that what they were doing was BAD.
So who knows, you could. I don't know the consequences.

I don't think that it is. I am a mother and my son,regardless of fancy or not,gets up and goes to the bathroom. You are going to have to be comfortable while eating, as long as you don't mind your food getting cold.
