It it titled "I Saw Her Standing There" and was originally sung by the Beatles but several artists have remade it. Daniel Johnston did a remake of it and Tiffany did as well but it was changed to "I Saw Him Standing There".

If we're thinking of the same song, it's been remade by several artists. The song "I saw him standing there" was redone by Tiffany. Originally by The Beatlest as "I saw her standing there".

Beatles, original version... and specifically it was Paul & John singing. The song is named "I Saw Her Standing There". This it? "she was just 17, and you know what I mean... and the way she looked was waaay beyond compare... so how could I dance with another, when I saw her standing there?"
