The first day of your period is the first day of a cycle. The day before your next period is the last day of that cycle. Most women have a 28 day cycle, but this can be variable. Normal cycles are considered between 24 and 35 days. Anything that is consistently out of this range needs to be evaluated by your doctor.

although it is different for everyone it is about 28 days. but that doesnt count yr whats going on like stress and other things.

its different for everyone i get mine every 5 weeks for 3 days while my roommates gets hers every 3 weeks for 5-7 days. your period is affected by mood(stress) diet and exercise check with your doctor to figure out yours
