Why Do People Keep Capitalising Every Word In Their Questions?

It Gives Me The Heebie Jeebies!

For the bright (obviously American) fellow correcting my English, try reading an Oxford dictionary. You may find English and Australian use of the language doesn't have the same love affair with the letter 'z'.
