When does spring break start in Florida?

We are travelling to Florida (Panama City) next week (2-18 to 2-23) and are wondering if there will be college crowds yet or if it is early enough to avoid them.

It should be early enough to avoid them. They go down when they are off on Spring break. March or April. Have a good time. Cheers
