No. My dad did, and my mother hated everything about my dad and his politically savvy.
That's the darned truth! So sorry.
And, I haven't seen fit to take time out of my usually busy mommy two-job life to bother.

I read the Guardian newspaper daily but only the G2 section and sometimes the supplements. The big paper's a bit intellectual and full of current events for me.

I don't buy them every day, but I like The Daily Mail, often get the London Metro on my way to work, and if I feel like reading something really silly then The Sun, or The News of The World.

Yes. I either read the paper paper or I read the paper on line. I like to be informed, and this is the best way for me to make the necessary responsible decisions in order to vote, for one thing. I have always enjoyed reading the paper, for various reasons, and I don't understand why other people don't.

No. I can get the news online, & spending 30p-40p (or even as much as £1!) on something you chuck in the bin after just one day seems a bit of a waste. Also, when you consider you're reading news that happened the day before & the world's moved on, it seems pointless.

I used to but I just can't handle it anymore. My parents always told me it's good to read the news so your up to date with current events, but I just can't do it. There are so many sad stories going on in the world and the worse part of it is that it's real and there's not much you can do about it.

No. I wouldn't read the whole thing and it would be a waste of money and paper. My local paper is very repetitious to the news on TV. I prefer to watch the news.
