Use the services of the many wonderful homeless shelters we have in the United States. They can give you a place to eat, shower, and sleep, and help you find employment. After a month or so of employment, even just at a fast food joint, you should be able to save enough money to get back on your feet and out on your own. There is little reason, in the U.S., to remain homeless, unless it is simply your choice, or a mental illness. Sometimes you have to put away the pride and allow someone else to help you.

I would hop on a train somewhere south with a skateboard and a guitar and play on the streets or subway for cash and buy stuff to eat. I would probably just try and live on a beach. But I would perform random acts of kindness for people so they gained my trust and helped me out for a bit til it was time to move on.

First I would pray, then I would contact a local church. God's people are here just for situations like this. Then I would get a job and slowly start climbing my way back up. Homelessness will not be a permanent situation in your life unless it is a permanent thought in your mind. "As a man thinketh, so is he".

What J.R. said. It's easy as pie. Just go to work and avail yourself of the help that's out there. The only reason for homelessness lies in the homeless themselves.

Not that I'd ever have the nerve to go pro. I'd be on the corner singing, but I'd be doing what I LOVE!

Thats tough. Once you're down its hard to get up again. I would go to my local work force center... they can place you in jobs that do not require you have a license or anything. And I would pray.. ALOT. God never gives anyone more than they can handle...
