No, it was originally played by George Harrison, but was later played by Eric Clapton. I have heard that George once said that Eric was a better guitarist than he was. This is pretty much impossible cause George was unmistakably the best, but whatever. By the way, sorry about being so late answering this one. I was tied up making a new Beatles background for my Y! 360.
