how have pride and prejudjce been presented thus far (chapter 17) ?

I have no idea how to help you, I've never even seen that book. I am half way through 'Pride and PREJUDICE' though.
Many of the characters show pride etc there, just need to open the book and read couple of pages.

You need to read the book and form your own oinion. This sounds like a homework question and you need to do your own homework. Actually, if you have read to chapter 17, I really don't see why you cannot form your own opinion. Read, read, and re-read!

Forget the book all you need to do is watch the new movie with Keira Knightley in it. Its faster and some1 told me its really clsoe to the book.

I love this book as well as all Jane Austen's works, some more than others. And because I love it so much, I'm not going to do your homework because I'd much rather see you read it yourself...
