I have a friend, who when he sleeps over, he gets very cuddly in bed. He wraps his foot around me, puts his face very close to mine. I really like it when he does that cause I'm gay, and I don't know if he is. What is the best way confront this about this? He's 5 years younger then me. I'm 23, he's 18.

The best way to confront him about this is to ask him. Explain that you are gay, if he doesn't already know. How is it that you two are sleeping in the same bed, and the question of sexuality hasn't come up?
I do believe he is waiting for you to make a move.

Aren't you both a bit old for sleep overs? Much less in the same bed? Unless of course you both want something to happen then....... ;)
It's possible too that he's just one of those (rare) really really open straight guys who can show affection to another guy in a non-sexual way.
The only real way to know is to ask him about it. You might lose what little you already have with him but personally I'd rather know and have the possibility of more than being tortured with him hovering just out of reach possibly wanting the same thing.

Straight adult men don't usually cuddle up and wrap their legs around other guys in bed.

He's legal, so you might want to just talk to him about it. Ask him if he realizes what he's doing. Also, make sure he realizes you're gay. Also, if he realizes and he doing it on purpose, try something a little more direct.

maybe he knows that your gay and wants to be with you but dont know how to approach you openly, so he is giving you little clues. so take to chance and do something like kiss him when he's next to you and you will get all the answers your looking for
