Kind of like your standard Arab baby. Not a racist comment here... seriously, all babies fit into just a few different categories of appearrance. It's not until they get older that they really start to look different. So Saddam probably looked like just another baby who is Arab.
Played with his toes, gurgled, giggled... all the standard things babies do.
