She has a thing for adopting foreign kids and a bigger thing for good PR shots. She's done just as little for AIDS as Princess Diana did for impoverished nations. And like Diana did, she's getting too much attention for doing jack squat to actually help anything. She has done NOTHING for the cause of preventing the spread of HIV, and lessening the impact of AIDS on people.
