It should be transformed as other energies. We should twist our wrist or thighs or belly. Then anger will not have any effect on us and it will also be an exercise. Try this. Your anger will go away imminently.

Almost all things in human life have their counterparts, but in the harmonics of human emotions anger has no opposite, it is not even a proper emotion, it is an agitated state of mind induced or caused by some external disagreeable agent. A heightened state of any emotion can produce a vulnerability or sensitivity to anger. For example, in case of extreme likeness for something or somebody e are more like to be angry if something goes wrong in that relation. We are also more likely to feel angry when our wishes, desires, ambition or dream fail to get realised.

In order to deal with anger we need first of all to control agitation in our own mind; and we also need to eliminate or render ineffective the external sources causing affliction in our mind. There are many practical remedies that are known to be very effective. We can for example lie down to let blood circulation increase in our brain; drinking a glass of cold water can also help to alter the infuriated mood; some people cope with their anger by talking to themselves or talking to someone else; going for long walks in the countryside is a very good way to release blocked energy in your mind and body; early morning jogging can put you in very good stead for the day ahead; general exercise is sure to beat stresses and strains out of your mind and body; but proper meditation routines work excellently well as both short-term and long-term strategy against any stress, emotional discomforts and physical tensions.

In the long run however, we need to look at thing in our life to see if there is something lingering on cause feelings of despair, helplessness, defeat or humiliation. Once we understand the root cause of out explosive temperament, we can channels our energies into something positive rather than letting them go to waste as a firework display during a moment of madness.

There are many anger management techniques and tips available on the net, and through books. To work to know your emotions and feelings and manage your anger is an important part of personal development. You can develop your emotional intelligence and abilities to use your mind better. I hope this will help. Keep cool and stay safe!

Play a sport. Something really agressive would help. I think its better to just release anger instead of holding it in because if you hold it in for too long it will come out eventually, and usually at the worst times. Just take up a really agressive sport....like boxing, and when you are pissed off, punch a punching bag untill ur hands go numb or at least untill your not angry anymore.

We should be aware that is a part of us(it is normal)!
First, i think we should try to understand it, before we actually learn to "transform" it. Once we know the factors that triggers anger, i think we will be able to control it.
Meditation(insight), relaxation could work!
