um.. missing the point but try the recycle bin.

Copy them to a different folder say JUNK.
And if you don't want others to access this folder,, click select properties and click hide.
BTW files in temp folder are usually deleted.
Use Advanced WindowsCareV2 Personal from www.iobit.com
to see the files you want to save.

Click on C then Windows then Temp - then move the files to somewhere else. Later you can either restore them or delete them.
PS: I don't have a clue as to why you would want to do this.

an easy way to delete temp files is to go start>run and type %temp% then press return
then when the folder appears then go to edit>select all and then press delete these items
if you come to folders that wont delete then you may have to dlete them manually,however why not restart your p.c in safe mode and do this method again,by deleting files in safe mode,theres more of a chance of succesfully deleting them
