I`ve paid for 2 year license. When I try to download it won`t accept my license Number. AVG won`t answer my email. I even want to cancel the transaction but they again they won`t answer. I feel ¬ve flushed a lot of money down the pan. Possibly someone knows how to contact them and get a reply?

Why are you talking about money here. You can get this for free. Go to http://www.computeractive.co.uk/downloads/ and search for AVG there .Version 7.5 has just been released. I use it. It's brill!!!

Version 7.5 is available for free, so I presume you've been persuaded to pay for the "pro" version. I'm surprised you aren't getting a response from Grisoft though, they've always been very helpful to me. Have you tried the Czech site? They seem to speak better English than I do and to have some intelligence.

First go to MyComputer, then ADD DELETE PROGRAMS, And REMOVE the old Mcaffee, or Norton from there. You need that OLD antivirus out of there.
Then go to www.grisoft.com and download the AVG free. antiviurs.

Amazingly I'm going to echo what others have said, why pay for something you can get for free? All you are actually paying for is support to the product.

You are not making sence. It's as simple as just putting avg in your "browser" and go from there. It's FREE !
