okay , im going to be upfront, i have been strait for 24 years, however i just found intrest in females. i am talking to this girl and i can tell that she wants to kiss me , and well i wan to kiss her to , no big deal right, well thats not the case, i have never kissed a girl and we are both shy , we have even talked about wanting to kiss each other, my question is how do i go about doing this ??and get over my nerves?

sounds similar to me.. i always thought i was straight, and whenever i thought i was attaracted to another guy, i just dismissed the thought at silly. well, i couldn't lie to myself any longer.. at 33, i decided it was time to investigate further.
if you aren't ready to kiss each other yet, start with just holding hands. my first bi experience was with another guy who i didn't really know all that well, and we didn't kiss. but we touched each other a bit. take things slowly.. start with holding hands. rub each other's arms. hug.. work your way up to it and only kiss if you know it's something you are both ready to try..
could be in the end, you'll decide that this is just a curiousity that you don't actually want to explore.. never know..

Don't even think about it. The next time you two are alone just kiss her.
Worst case is it's a bad kiss, best is it's the greatest thing in the world. Either way you finally get it over with.
