Sometimes. I consider myself a pretty accurate communicator, but my humour gets a bit abstract and sometimes upsets people when I'm communicating online (like now) where emoticons only do so much to indicate one's intent. I accept that, though for the record, I don't mean to upset anyone. Then again, there's the times people take what you say in a totally unpredictable direction, and it's quite funny.

I do because for some reason I can never seem to get the point I'm trying to make across without someone misunderstanding or taking it the wrong way. I always seem to end up apologizing.

Yes..oh goodness, that happens to me all the time..
Like, just last week for example..I was going to be in this pageant with a few of my friends..and one of my friends got moved into a different age category than the rest of us...and she was really bummed about it..so we were talking and I said "Well, look at it this way..At least you don't have to compete with us"...I know that sounded conceited, but what I actually meant was like..well, it's cool that you don't have to be in competition with your friends anymore..because that's awkward sometimes.. :| lol......

Yes. I'm probably the most misunderstood person around my community. It's like I'm surrounded by people too lazy to make efforts to understand people around or near them.
And that's the real hat-trick: actually making the effort to understanding someone you really are put off towards.....because understanding them may find your negative feelings and behavior towards them change.

It's very normal in the life of today . that's why presidents of the world complain everyday about it . Somehow it's normal ; because one word could mean something to you , but means something else for someone else . It's a part of the game !

definitely!!!! i mean ppl see ur questions or answers and they feel like they are "singled" out by whatever you have said, and they come at you with full force! it makes me want to just get off and give this site a few days rest!
