I don't want to sell books, don't want to pay for no premium memberships to write, anyone know any good site where i can just put up a story i made and just want people to look at it. Please?

There are several places where you can go to get critiques of your work, but in exchange you're expected to critique other people's work, too. Forward Motion is probably the best web site I have found for that purpose. They have all sorts of benefits for writers. You do have to be a member of the site (it's free to join) in order to see the critique forums, I believe.

Is it science fiction or fantasy? If so, http://www.elfwood.com is a good site, you have to pass a quiz about Elfwood's rules and copyrights to join but it's free and other members will even critique your stories for you.

If it is a fantasy-esque book you can post stories on Elfwood: http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/libr/library.html.
