They could lose together...

I think Barack Obama is too inexperienced to be in the oval office. Maybe he traveled and was brought up in another country, and he had college and passed the bar and won a senate seat, but that just doesn't say enough. There are a few clouds hanging over his head yet and he has not been a senator long enough to have established enough of a house voting record on major issues except for the war. And just him being against the war is not enough. He needs a stronger platform. He's never been a Governor of a state and he does not have those leadership skills down yet. How can he run a nation? I would prefer to find another candidate. Who??, is yet to be determined. I'm really not satisfied with either side of the coin as yet. I'll just have to wait and see.

Unfortunately, I do not think that the majority of registered voters in the US are REALLY ready for Barack Obama to run for president. I think there is too much cultural, and ethnic bias for him to be given a fare shot. He is charismatic, intelligent, and has incredible stage presence. However, I feel his political experience(lack of) hurts his chance for getting the nominee from his party(presidential). I am not saying, that he will not be a candidate to run for vice -president.I really do not like to speak of politics, HOWEVER, I have to be completely frank, concerning Hillary, Even with the polls TODAY being favorable for HER, I hope she does not receive the nominee for president. I DO believe that the US is ready for a woman president, BUT NOT FOR HILLARY. There are so many skeletons, and, tremendous baggage, in her past,(SERIOUS, LEGAL FACTORS), and the mud will be flung, I do not feel she will be able to overcome so many obstacles.

I do not see what a person's religion, sexual orientation, sex, or race have to do with a person's integrity.
If Obama is the best candidate (and at this point anyone is better than Dictator Shrub), appears to be honest and gives straight forward answers to hard issue questions, then yes he should be running for President. He and Hillery Clinton would do well together.
I wish people would stop being so closed minded and look at the issues, not the person, who is running. We all need to make truly informed decisions instead of basing our vote on where the person worships or what color his skin is. Closed minded idiots have been running this country too long and taking away our rights left and right. Open your minds, open your ears, base your vote on facts, not on idiocy. But, get out and VOTE! You have no right to complain if you don't VOTE!

I see no problem with him running for the president. However, I do not think he has a chance because of the narrow minds of some people. I suspect he will be the vice president on the ticket, with John Edwards. Please not Clinton. I feel uneasy about her; can't put my finger on it.

Dude, the Democrat National Convention is roughly 1 and 1/2 years away. You are asking this question WAY too early! Chill out, relax, and wait for the results from the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary before you even start to THINK about these questions.

I'm just speculating, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised in the end to see a Clinton/Obama ticket. The DNC would have the idea that with this ticket, they could capture the women's vote, the black vote, the Muslim vote, the liberal vote, and the old Clintonistas.
