i do know the definition af articulate it was just that joe biden was basically taken out of the presidential race for calling barack obama articlate as if it were a racial slur of some sorts. i see it as a compiment myself with all of the "stoopid" people in the world. i was just wondering if we would see the same firestorm from this guys comments since he is not in the political arena.

Personally, I think that to be "articulate" is a good quality to have and if someone said that I was "articulate" - i would take it as a compliment.

Maybe the judge just wasn't that intelligent. Maybe the judge's dismal vocabulary was blown away by her vast , colorful, and appropriate use of adjectives and nouns. Did the judge give her "props" for wearing shoes too?

You obviously do not know what "articulate" means, based upon the language of your question. And, since it was a compliment, why should the man be castigated?
