I just downloaded RealPlayer and my sound stopped working... what happened?

I know it's not the speakers; I just tried them in a different computer, and I also tried headphones in this computer, which didn't work either.

go to seetings and adjust your volume there
sorry for the spelling my moouse is not workingright today

Reboot your computer and see if that helps.

Sometimes my sound card goes screwy and stops working and that seems to help.

Check your sound card drivers? Otherwise you have to change your soundcard.
