I think she should be removed from the school and loose her teacher credentials :S

It's hard to figure out what exactly is going on. Is it the teacher that is letting students do that to her?

I'd have to agree. I also think she should be investigated. If she is allowing that kind of behavior, she might be sleeping with them too.
