Giuliani is a war profiteer.
And a failed one at that. His consulting firm Giuliani Partners was the one which the U.S. outsourced the Iraqi interior ministry to. Good old Bernie Kerik (remember that incompetent butt-sucker?) was the first acting minister of the interior, responsible for the Iraqi police.
"Following his departure from the New York City Police Department, he was employed by Giuliani Partners, a consulting firm formed by the former Mayor of New York, Rudolph Giuliani. He served as a Senior Vice President at Giuliani Partners and as Chief Executive Officer of Giuliani-Kerik LLC, an affiliate of Giuliani Partners. Kerik resigned from these positions in December, 2004. Following the 2003 invasion of Iraq, Kerik served from May to September 2003 as Iraq’s interim Minister of Interior where he oversaw the re-constitution and reconstruction of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, including the national police service and border enforcement units."
And we all know how that turned out. The Baghdad police were such a joke that even Bush couldn't help but have to fire Giuliani.
Rudi Giuliani is a fake, a shyster - he's no better than Dick Cheney with his Halliburton ties. He's every bit as pro Iraq war as John McCain. That in itself will bury him with the general electorate.
Oops, I seem to have struck a nerve here. Truth hurts?
BTW, I'm a Libertarian who used to be a Republican before they sold out the party principles of limited government, responsible spending, individual liberty, free markets, and states' rights.

I'm hoping for Guiliani. I think he would be the right leader for what our country faces in the nexy presidential term. i think he would be the right person to unite the parties. He's so moderate, that sometimes he's mistaken for a Democrat. He still has Republican views, but is at odds with the GOP Conservative base on several issues like abortion rights and gun control. He's also not one to start a ruckus amongst the parties. He has shown proof of his leadership capabilities in the wake of 9/11, so there's no doubt he has what it takes to lead. Hillary is hard on doing what she wants to and Obama is a hard core Liberal. i also think what is going to hurt McCain is his views on Iraq. Political affiliation aside, i seriously think Guiliani would be the best person for facing the realities that this country is dealing with.

A reminder, Bush and cheney have not been leading us all by their twosome! Everyone in congress is involved, too. Guiliani has proven that he is a strong and capable leader and I believe he is just what this country needs! go Rudy!

Well, I had considered it at one point, but since I had read information where he was suspected to have played a part in the attacks of 9/11...I don't think I would want to take that chance of putting him into the White House.
Honestly, I don't know who to vote for and probably won't know until the last moment.
