Your question was a bit cinfusing at first but think I get it now. As a result of an eviction you have been homeless for two year, right? So where are you connecting up to the Internet from? If a shelter then use that as your address. Do you have a job (used to work in a shelter and its shocking to see how many individuals have jobs yet are still homeless and stay at shelters)?
Guess you need to define your question better and provide more details. Pretty vague. Who is looking for your address? Possible employer, landlord. I can help you with this info, as like I said addressed this while working at a shelter in Chicago for a while, but still questions remain. Depending on your response there may be forwarding programs in place for you to use.

Well, I don't know where you are, but in the US in mosts counties they have programs where you can get temporary housing. During that time, that becomes your home address. You need to go to your local welfare and see what is available, or a YWCA or look on the internet for the local United Way in your county because they have many many resources to help you. The most common temporary housing program I know of is Catholic Charities. You do not have to be Catholic or even Christian to get assistance. And they never preech or expect you to attend church. They usually provide housing for up to a year, and offer assistance in finding employment and managing finances as well as getting counseling and addressing other issues. If you are still in Illinois, you are lucky because Illinois has many great resources. But you need to find them, they won't find you.

Maybe instead of posting stupid questions you should do something productive like finding a job?
