Is a 0.1 volumetric Solution the same as a 0.1 mol dm-3 (molar) solution?

Volumetric solutions are defined as those being of known concentration, and in the absence of any units, I would assume that the 0.1 referred to molarity, yes.

There is nothing like 0.1 volumetric solution-I think what do you mean is 0.1N (Normal)solution.0.1N and 0.1M(molar) are different unless the basicity is 1(where both are same).
