How long would Special Recorded Delivery postage from China to the UK take, roughly?

I paid £15, and it's quite a large parcel. Was wondering if anyone had any idea.

I bought an item from ebay from china took just over a week to arrive and that was recorded if its recorded youll have a tracking number and will be able to view its werabouts online

after 3 weeks then start to worry.
