Not safe at all. The condom can slide off or the semen can leak out.

Stop and change the condom or stop having sex (probably stop having sex because his penis is probably getting more soft by the moment at this point)

well when i have sex we continue to use the same condom filled with sperm and nothing happened yet but i don't think its safe

The condom may break...If you cant afford to buy extra condoms then you sure as heck cant afford a baby...
