I don't think there is a lot of money there, but it might depend on the city where you live

If you are doing this for money. .then don't expect to make too much.

If you are doing this because your community might need one, then I'd say GO FOR IT. Awesome thing to accomplish. Everyone needs somewhere to go to get exercise including the disabled. If you open one then CONGRATS bc that's really awesome and half the people on Earth can't say they've done something that great.

Possibly, but it is simply is not commecially viable. To exclude a large market, e.g. those who regularly visit gyms and pay hefty premiums for the privledge, is unfortunately not what a disabled person could afford, or what a government would prioritise in their budget.

I definitely think that would be awesome! You would have to be careful about your staff though. Make sure they are certified to work with disabled people, ie., know how to help them work out and are able to instruct properly.

I say go for it!
