My husband has a friend that is a complete horrible person. His friend keeps telling my husband to divorce me and since they have been hanging out together we have had so many problems. In less than two weeks they are going together to some kind of training for a month and I am afraid the influence this guy has on my husband will make him leave me. I cant just ask him to stop talking to this guy and if they both complete the training both of our families will be moved together to another state. This guy is coming in between my family.

I've been in the opposite situation. My best friend kept trying to convince me I was unhappy and to leave my husband. And it did make me miserable and not want to be married. She was single, and I guess wanted me to be single too. My husband and I ended up moving out of state, and getting away from her influence was the best thing I did.

You need to talk to your husband about this - don't just let it go on. Remind him of why you two married in the first place, and that you vowed to be together til death do you part.

Good luck!

If this guy is causing these kinds of problems for you, then honestly I don't think it's wrong to ask your husband to not talk to him. If you feel that he's causing the two of you to drift apart, then there is something to it. You need to talk to your husband, really tell him how your feeling, give examples of this guys actions, and tell him that you just feel he's a negative influence. Normally I would say that it's not right to tell him who to be friends with, but when it's interfering with your marriage, all bets are off, and this guy needs to go.

Talk to your husband let him know how you feel. My ex's best friend came between us and after all was said and done, he apologized to me and is no longer friends with him. TOO LATE!! Let him know what you feel and wake him up to what is happening.

I agree with the first answerer.....ANYONE that comes between a man and his wife has GOT TO GO!

Spouse FIRST, everyone else, LAST.
