Wisconsin and Florida are locks barring a flop.

I'd probably add Kansas and Ohio State to the list. UCLA big possibilty. Anyone else think the PAC-10 is overrated though?

PAC 10 is totally overrated. Great question dude, this is my favorite time of the year...college hoops boiling up into a March frenzy - SOOOOOOOOOOO much better than the NBA.

You're right, Florida and Wisconsin for sure. It's hard to say the Pac-10 is overrated, especially when they're looking to get 6 bids. Then again, it won't be easy to win the conference tourney, nonetheless, I like UCLA's chances to take a top seed. Ohio St., the big question is can they beat Wisconsin? I think there's definitely some distance between these teams meaning OSU tacks on two more losses before the end of the season. Not helping. Nor is North Carolina's recent stretch. Fourth 1-seed would probably have to be Kansas. Big XII is good, but not too tough. Gives them the right combination of schedule strength and winnability. To recap:

Wisconsin
Florida
UCLA
Kansas

I can't see a team out of the Big East or ACC getting a 1-seed. Things are too crazy in both conferences, and a team like BC, which was riding high recently, doesn't have the resume to compete with the four teams mentioned, especially not after to losing to Duke. With these four teams, I think they have a very good shot at running the table to the Big Dance, except for UCLA. Florida is dominating an East-heavy SEC, Wisconsin, Ohio St., and Indiana could be the only tourney teams from the Big Ten, and Kasas is a couple bounces ahead of the Texas schools. Sure Arizona got pasted early, but I think the Pac-10 is a pretty solid conference this year. Then again, it could be like the Big Ten last year. That's the great thing about college hoops, there's a gigantic tournament to settle all these questions!

hey calvin, it doesnt sound crazy at all that texas a&m can beat UNC, but there is no way to predict that matchup as we dont know the regional placements yet, and texas a&m could end up with a 1 seed if they run the table and win the big 12, and unc could end up a 2 if they struggle.

too much basketball left to be played to predict the seeds yet, but you are right about florida and wisconsin.

the other candidates are ohio state, UNC, UCLA, Kansas, Texas A&M and Pitt..............i think in the end UNC and 1 of the big 12 teams will be #1s. It all depends on these last couple weeks and the conference tournaments. Things could drastically change by then, we have seen it before

lmao at tennessee and duke.......they are looking at a bubble situation if they lose a couple more......why would u come answer this question if you don't watch basketball at all? WAIT.......i think the one guy is talking about women's basketball maybe? even funnier! hahahahahaha

Wisconsin, UCLA, Kansas, Florida. The Pac-10 is one of the better conferences. SEC is probably the best but the Pac-10 is right below that.

Pac-10 is not overrated... they have some really good teams, UCLA, USC, Oregon, Wazzou... not great but pretty good. I'd say the 1's will be Florida, Wisconsin, Pittsburgh, and UCLA. Too bad Butler plays such a bad conference though, I think they deserve to be a top 4 seed but they probably won't (their RPI is 31)
