Offenders are not allowed to use the Internet. Some offenders have "clerk" jobs within the prison and use a computer, but the computers do not have Internet access, it is for data entry only. When these offenders are on the computer, they are monitored by staff.

They might be able to, I mean you hear about women meeting men in prison online so obviously they have access to the Internet.
