Has any one ever married someone they knew their entire life and the marriage actually stuck? (obviously not related)

my sister and her husband have been together forover 20 years they started datting in about grade 7 and are still with each other today very happy

Not my whole life but my now husband of 23 yrs asked me to go steady when I was 15 and we have been together ever since. And yeah hes my best friend.

My sister is married to her friend they just celebrated there 20th wedding anniversary I have not been friends all my life with my husband but we started out getting to know each other and we have a great friendship and I am glad he is my buddy and I love him
