If your RES gets the chance the frogs/toads will become a nice meal.

Red-ears are very predatory animals and will annoy, nip, or eat pretty much anything they can get to. Oscars as a rule are faster and hardier than frogs, so what do you think will happen?

Unless you really work at it and have a HUGE tank, it is a bad idea to mix turtles with most other species.

dont put the red ear slider in with the toads cuz it will eat them and then die cuz toads are toxic too other animals. even small common southern or northern toads.

how big is your tank? if the tank is big enough for them to coexist in peace without territorial problems it should be fine.
