how man really accept and congratulate woman's achievements and success.I do believe there are many men out there, probably a majority of the men in the world, that are insecure and intimidated by women who are successful or more successful then they are.

For example, if there's one successful businesswoman, men would think:

- she must be a millionaire's daughter.
- she's probably 36-24-36

Can men just admit that women are capable to succeed on her own effort and hardwork?

I think it is great when anyone makes a go of the business world and are successful. Women or men. I'm sure there are those men out there that are that won't admit to the fact that a women has done better than them or think as you noted above, but I am not one of those people. I am a very open minded person.

I think that all societies are for equal rights...but still there are some prejudices.

Man suppose to be successful. It is a stereotype that have roots long time ago.

About the question depends for what kind of man you are talking about. Generally man don't want to admit women achievement.

The thing is that women is considered the more delicate , the lack the power of man...and when they succeed...man get competitor and angry and feel less worth about himself.

To be perfectly honest, I think it's great that women are getting more equal opportunities with men. As far as I, if I am dating a girl or married to a girl, yah I would like to be more successful because I feel that the man should have the primary income. Not because I think women are inferior, but because I think thats it's the guy's responsibility. I would like my signifigant other to be successful though.

i'm not sure that's what they would think. i get the impression that they would think she "slept" her way to the top. some men seem to think that women use sex to get whatever they want, when that is not always the case (i admit, some women do, but not the majority).
i don't think it's the majority of men who are insecure & intimidated by successful women, just that they are perhaps louder in their protestations than those who accept that women are capable.

I would, and have, congratulated women on their achievements. Not because she is a woman but because she did a good job.
