The reservoir for the wiper fluid is full but nothing sprays out when I press the button for the front window. Same thing happens with the back window. My wipers are working. Thanks!

If you can hear the motor running when you press for fluid, then it is plugged or frozen somewhere in the line. If the motor doesn't run when you're pressing for the fluid, then the motor is bad.

If it's really cold out, then I'll bet the line is frozen coming from the resevoir. That one line feeds both your front and rear wiper. A freeze in the line is caused by using cheap wiper fluid. Dump in some fluid that is rated to -25 or lower. Eventually it will work out the freeze.

Fords have a tiny pump in the bottom of the fluid reservoir. Check all fluid delivery lines for cracking, breakage or dis connects. The nozzles may require a pin vice and drill to clean them out.

Have you checked the nozzles? Take a straight pin and have a good close look at the nozzles. They could be clogged. see if wiping the them clean first will help and if not then clean out with the tip of a straight pin. Also check the hoses and be sure the lines are clean. It should be easy to replace those.

The first easy check is to pull the hose off of the pump and run it to make sure it works. From there you'll know what to do which would be unclogging the spray nozzles or replacing the pump.

Listen to see if you can hear the motor for the pump. There is a small pump which pumps the fluid out. If you can't hear that, then its probably out.
