I do a lot for a friend and he never says thank you. I think this is rude.

It's common courtesy to thank one for their help. It's proper etiquette and should be 2nd nature. Sometimes we tend to take it for granted and inadvertently forget to acknowledge others help. Sometimes I'm guilty of that myself, but I don't mean to be. Sometimes when someone says thank you to me I tend to forget to say your welcome. I do that more often than forgetting to say thank you.

Yes they should. It is a sign of common courtesy. I also think that people should say thank you when you hold a door open for them or let them out in traffic - a wave of the hand or some kind of acknowledgement that they appreciate you stopping so they can get out and not just blocking the street deliberatly and then pretending you don't see them. Sorry, pet peeve of mine.

HI Cutie, Yes he should!! You go out of your way to help him because you are friends and all he does is use you. This is very very rude. Cutie this is not your friend,he is just a user and will keep using you because of your good nature. It is time to kick his A S S to the curb and find a new friend that will treat you like a friend. A Friend.

That is rude. You should always say thank you when someone does something for you.

It is rude. They should have the common respect to say thank-you. Maybe you should tell them how you feel......tell them you think it's disrespectful and you don't deserve to be treated that way after all that you've done for them. Hope it works out!!!!

Yes, I think it's terrible. So many people don't beleive in manners anymore. It's sad. I'm lucky my bf is very big on manners. Have a good day. :)

No. Thank you's should be a bonus, otherwise it's auto reply and means squat.

If you don't like it stop doing $hit.

You're right. It's rude. His momma should have taught him better. It's amazing how many mommas don't do that though!
