No, but you can make some money going to local grocery stores and little shops helping out until you can make good money. You could try those Surveys4teens websites, but some say thier a crock-so maybe not. Check out these websites and see what you think. It's all I can say. I would'nt trust them all-just the ones that look legitimate. You can't trust everything on the internet-as you most likely know.

If you live in a house and have a yard, then a great way of making money is to grow fishing worms. It is cheap to get started (according to my uncle) and easy. Maybe you can put up signs at the local gas stations or mini-marts.

Get a lifeguard license. You'll have your pick of full-time jobs in the summer and you may be able to work part-time at an indoor pool in the winter. Check americanlifeguard.com if you live in the USA.
