well to Figure it out go like this:
400/ 15% or 0.15
= 2666.666667
Then to check:
2666.666667 X 15% or 0.15
= 400
Is that what you want or is it this:
400 x 15% or 0.15
= 60
To check:
60/ 15% or 0.15
= 400
