what happened at the end of series 2 with Mike Deklfino and the dead wonmed, Monique?? I'm really confused!! And where is Olsen's wife if she wasn't the dead women at the golf course??

Do you mean series 3?
Monique tried to seduce Mike when he came round to fix a plumbing problem. Monique is the dead woman at the golf course. You find out what happen's to Orson's wife at the end of series 3.
