left and right key board buttons ?

What is the difference ? if any . windows on the left ,windows on the right . bring em on up , bring em on down . alt and ctrl .
Is there a proper way ? not left side or not the right side .

They technically generate different scan codes, but in general usage they are the same.

No difference, use either ones.
