Try to eat less foods with sugar and cut back on chocolate and other caffiene foods and drinks. Eat foods high in vitamin B is best for stress. And I would subjcet that you start taking vitamin B-100 daily-not vitamin B complex. You will feel the difference in less than 2 week's time. Sure is better than taking Prozac and other perscribed drugs for stress.
Try to get amber amount of REST/SLEEP!

well the healthy way to go would be to eat fruit, relax a little, do ur hobbie, go on walks, drink a lot of water. and maybe jus talk to close people to you.
the not so healthy way would be to eat chocalte and junk food, watch movies, ect.
but i jus say...do the things that make you happy - hoops
