Ok the monster that rikki assigns to u is in the pharos but is there sumthing i have to do to make it come out or sumthing?

No there isn't anyhting speacial that needs to be done to make him show. You probably just didnt look in the right area. The easiest way to find him is to teleport to the Pharos at Ridorana and then just walk out the door that leads outside and he is right in front of the stairs, where you fought hydro. This fight is pretty tough though and it gets even harder half way through when pylraster doubles his level.
