Need a little more information. Look closely at the fish and see if you can see any white spots on the fish or if you can see a white/gold or rust colored dusting on the fishes body. Those will help with determining the cause and therefore the cure.

If you can see a cottony growth like over the sense of the eye, that is fungas. Treat with an anti-fungual medication like copper sulfate -or- forma-green.

If there's a translucent film over the lens of the eye, that is probably a gram-negative bacterial infections. Treat accordingly with Kanamycin Sulfate -or- Gentamycin Sulfate -or- TMP Sulfa.

If the entire eye becomes cloudy from the inside out it could be a gram-neg bacterial infection OR it could also be a parasite. If gram-bacterial medications don't work, try something for parasites, like De-Los. Treat the whole tank for it.

How old is he? If hie is not aged are his eyes cloudy or do they have fungus on them, are there any other fish in the tank? Do they have fungus? Is his body clear? Examine the fish more closely write down your observations state the size of the fish and how he is housed and resubmit the question, so someone can try to help with your problem.

Most likely an eye parasite. As far as I know, there is no cure.
