I would say since you've only had it twice, that you are just not used to the feeling. Pads are so uncomfortable, it feels almost like you're wearing a diaper. Plus, you have that constant fear that you're "leaking".
Just know that over time, you will get used to the feeling, it may not be the most comfortable thing in the world, but you're stuck with it now. :)

I started my period at the age of 11 also. And when I was 13, I got my first really BAD CRAMPS, and I have had the cramps ever since! They hurt so bad!
You need to find some really good pain medication to help with the pain. Ask your doctor if he can prescribe you something or if the doctor can give you some advice on what types of over_the_counter pain medication to use. I use Midol, and it works very well!
Having a period is an awful part of a girl's life, it sucks, but we all have to go through it! Some girls are just luckier than others and do not have cramps and bloating.
Good Luck, hunny

Talk to your Mom & she will help you find a menstrual pad that will be more comfortable for you. There are thinner & shaped pads that are more comfortable than others. I found Kotex to be the best but I think you need to try different ones to find which ones you like the best.
You are a little young for tampons yet so if you are trying to use them that may be part of the problem.
You can take a Midol or something similar to help with the cramps & discomfort. I hope this helps...

Running around is difficult when using pads.. if your opening is big enough, you should try tampons. They're much better, easier to use and might help you out. And as you get older, you'll get used to it.
If it's pain that's making you uncomfortable, try taking Ibprofin.

Have your mother give you advil (ibuprofen) to make you feel a little better. Periods are always uncomfortable. It will come back everytime you have your period and will stop once your period is over. Welcome to being a woman, it is a tough job but women are stronger than men and can handle it.
