Yeah sure Deja Vu is a natural phenomenon and every living being is afflicted by this syndrome.

The possible reasons of deja vu are as follows:

1. We seek and prefer familiarity, i.e. we are comfortable in familiar situations, with familiar friends and most fo the time we are nervous about the unknown.

2. Multi Universe Theory - it is believed that we exist not only on this planet & in this universe but also on other planets & universes simultaneously (and some say that we exist exactly in 9 universes). And all these universes are moving in differrent time frames, i.e. in one of the universe we may be just getting born and in another we may be on the verge of dying. Though, in general there is no connectivity in all these exist of ours, but we being the one in many universes, our subconscouos is connected. Thus giving us the feeling of deja vu.

Every now and then. It's like I can ALMOST put my finger on when I previously experienced whatever it is I'm having the deja vu about. Weird.

Yep and can even go as far as to predict what a certain person will say or do. For me its not like a dream resurfacing though but more like I can actually recall being in the exact same situation, place, conversation or whatever.
Maybe connected to my dreams however because I dont hardley ever remember my dreams, yet many that I have remembered play out in real life exactly how I dreamt it.
Two times in my life I have dreamt something pertaining to someone else as it was actually happening to that person.

Yes....and it's a very odd sensation. Heard a theory once about deja-vu.
The theory is.... that sometimes one eye can register something a split second before the other. Hence the image has been registered twice.
It's just a theory
