i was married 1978 then separated mid of 1979

but there is no divorce in the Philippines,but a Civil Nullity

Question, how long have you been married? And, have you consumated the marriage? If you have been married for sometime, and the marriage was consumated(you had sex), then an annulment is not an option. You will have to get a divorce.

Annulments are generally done through the Catholic Church (as a substitute for divorce) - under civil law, you'd probably have to get a divorce.

You mean annulled? It's not as easy as just finding an attorney! You better do some research or try to work it out!
