They will be going with their Uncle, Aunt, and two cousins (11 and 8). Two cousins also do not know about the trip and will be surprised with it as well. So we need something to surprise all four of them at once.

Make a treasure hunt for them either in the house or outside. Every clue will lead to another Disney character piece, (like a keychain, a piece of candy, a movie). At the end they should find a big card with a brochure or something creative asking them to solve the riddle of where do all these characters live? Have fun.

When I took my daughter on her first trip to Disney World, I got the local radio station to announce it to her on the day we were leaving! It was great because we were going for her birthday!

aww dats so sweet well i think u should tell them ur going somewhere else and on the way there stop on a place and get them sumting and give it to them when they find out they were i disney.
