Who knows when 2 Cold Scorpio and Vladimir Koslov going to debut?

Well vladimir kozlov (Oleg Prudis) has finished his promo's, and is just toutching up his skills in OVW ready to make the step up to the main roster.
And 2 cold scorpio (charlie saggs) has yet to be assigned to a certain brand (sd, raw , ecw). I'm not too sure when we will see 2 cold scorpio, if at all!
But Vladimir Kozlov is set to debut very soon, but i don't know what brand he will be assigned to.
